Overjet raised $42.5 million in Series B financing, the dental artificial intelligence company said Dec. 20.
The company said it has raised nearly $80 million in financing to date. The most recent financing round brings the company to a $425 million valuation.
Wardah Inam, PhD, CEO and co-founder of Overjet, said the funding will support the company's growth, including an expansion of its team and new technology.
Overjet said it has 60 employees and plans to double that number in the next six months.
The funding round was led by General Catalyst and Insight Partners. Existing company investors Crosslink Capital and E14 Fund also participated in the round.
