The facility will cost an estimated $20 million, and American Orthodontics could also invest $25 million to construct and equip the building.
After its projected opening in 2024, the facility could create at least 180 jobs over a four-year period.
Based on the number of jobs that are created and the capital invested into the facility, the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation could provide up to $1.1 million in state income tax credits over the four years.
American Orthodontics also plans to invest $15 million into its Sheboygan, Wis., facility, which is where the company is based, the report said.
