Savannah, Ga.-based Pan-Am Dental has completed two strategic acquisitions of dental lab companies.
Pan-Am Dental has acquired Tempe, Ariz.-based JB Dental Lab and Detroit-based Avaneer Dental Studio, according to a Feb. 10 news release.
JB Dental Lab specializes in complex digital design and full arch implant cases. Avaneer Dental Studio specializes in crown and bridge, removable and implant cases.
Pan-Am Dental is backed by Caymus Equity Partners, who made a majority investment in December 2019.
With the acquisitions, it is estimated that Pan-Am Dental is one of the 10 largest dental lab groups in the U.S., the release said.
