Benco Dental, a dental supply and equipment company, recently acquired M&S Dental Supply and A-Dent Dental Equipment.
M&S Dental Supply and A-Dent Dental Equipment have been operating for 37 and 40 years, respectively, and serve New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Benco has acquired several other companies in recent years, including Popp Dental Supply in 2022 and PPO Profits in 2023.
