Dental supply company Henry Schein has acquired Regional Healthcare Group, a medical and dental product distribution company.
Regional Healthcare Group serves customers in both private and public sectors in Australia and New Zealand, according to a May 8 news release from Henry Schein.
Henry Schein has provided dental products to dental professionals in Australia and New Zealand since 1998. The company will expand its services with the acquisition of Regional Healthcare Group.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, the release said.
