The YomiPlan Go workflow does not require a CT scan or virtual treatment planning and allows dentists to set the location and angulation of an implant during surgery using a drill tip.
The new workflow received FDA 510(k) clearance in June, according to an Aug. 23 news release. The commercial launch follows the company’s limited release, during which select dental practices used the workflow in partial and full edentulous cases.
At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place November 12–14 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
