1. Henry Schein signed a definitive agreement to acquire Condor Dental Research Co., a privately held Swiss dental distribution company.
2. Biolase, a dental and medical device company, is opening its first dental office in Lake Forest, Calif.
3. Dental manufacturing company SprintRay launched a 3D-printing resin aimed at helping providers create more affordable dental restorations.
