Mr. Smith brings more than 20 years of experience working for medical device and healthcare technology companies, according to an Aug. 5 press release. He was most recently vice president of global product, marketing and innovation for medical device company Align Technology.
Mr. Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Leeds in England and a master’s degree from Warwick Business School in England.
