Nonprofit health plan CareSource launched an enhanced benefits package, including dental benefits, for its dual eligible special needs plan, according to a Nov. 11 news release from the company.
Here are four things to know:
1. Starting in 2025, the company is introducing a HealthBenefits+ Allowance, which gives members $215 each month that can be used on dental services among other items.
2. Members of the CareSource Dual Advantage plan have access to comprehensive coverage for preventive, restorative and major dental procedures.
3. Individuals who are eligible for Medicare and Medicaid can enroll in the dual advantage plan.
4. CareSource serves more than 440,000 Georgia residents.
