Medicare Advantage plan eternalHealth unveiled its 2025 plan options, which includes a dental benefit.
The plan includes a dental allowance of up to $3,500 in Arizona and $3,000 in Massachusetts, available on a prepaid flex card, according to an Oct. 16 news release.
The allowance can be used at any dentist in the U.S. with no network or service restrictions.
The company's Medicare Advantage plans are available in Massachusetts and Arizona.
