1. U.S. Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tenn., introduced a bill that would provide Medicare beneficiaries additional coverage for medically necessary dental services.
2. The American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry filed comments to CMS in response to its proposed benefit and payment parameters for 2024.
3. All adults on Tennessee's Medicaid program, TennCare, are now eligible for dental benefits as of 2023.
4. CMS approved increased reimbursement rates for dental procedures performed in outpatient hospitals and ASCs in Michigan.
