Dental insurance claims platform Zentist launched an AI-guided platform that provides automated explanations of benefits for dental patients and DSOs.
Remit AI is a HIPAA-compliant platform that gathers and consolidates insurance payments by logging into patient insurance portals and collecting explanation of benefits and electronic remittance advice data from dental payers.
Dental practices and DSOs can manage this information on a single dashboard, the company said in a March 28 news release. They can search through information by certain criteria such as patient name and date of service while quickly identifying incomplete payment information.
