Boston-based insurance company DentaQuest received a 95 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2022 Corporate Equality Index.
The index measures corporate policies and practices regarding LGBTQ workplace equality. It evaluates more than 1,000 major businesses in the U.S., according to a Jan. 27 press release.
Below is the criteria for the score:
- Nondiscrimination policies in all business entities.
- LGBTQ workers and their families receive equitable benefits.
- Support inclusive culture.
- Social responsibility by the company.
