Global private equity firm Sun Capital bought Greenwood Village, Colo.-based ClearChoice, which provides administrative and non-clinical services to 39 dental implant centers.
Here are three things to know:
1. ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers includes a network of providers that offer same-day dental implant services.
2. Since 2004, ClearChoice's providers have offered full-mouth dental implant restorations.
3. Sun Capital Co-CEO Marc Leder said the addition will allow the firm to improve patient access to dental care by boosting operational efficiency. Mr. Leder added, "We plan to expand new center development infrastructure and to invest in digital marketing capabilities to increase awareness of this life-changing procedure."
