Louisville, Ky.-based Delta Dental of Kentucky CEO Cliff Maesaka, DDS, resigned from the position March 30, 2017, Louisville Business First reports.
Here's what you should know.
1. Dr. Maesaka gave no reason for his resignation.
2. Delta Dental named Jude Thompson, a Delta Dental board member, interim CEO.
3. Dr. Maeska accepted the CEO position in 1995, and grew Delta Dental of Kentucky into one of the largest insurer's in the nation.
