Recent dental graduate Hilary Paige Patterson, DMD, is joining Carolina Family Health Centers in Wilson, N.C. Dr. Patterson earned her doctorate of dental medicine from East Carolina University's School of Dental Medicine in Greenville.
Scott Newborn, DMD, is leading Aspen Dental's new practice in Dawsonville, Ga. He earned his medical degree from Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.
Michael Towler, DDS, is the new owner of Towler and Youngs Family Dentistry in Adrian, Miss. He is taking over the practice from dentists Richard B. Youngs, DDS, and Jacqueline Youngs, DDS.
Clinton Rehnke, DDS, a veteran and dentist died at age 92 from pneumonia. Dr. Rehnke practiced in St. Petersburg, Fla., according to Tampa Bay Times.
The Academy of General Dentistry granted Sam Namdarian DMD, FAGD, the association's Fellowship Award at its 2016 annual meeting in Boston. Dr. Namdarian practices in Fresno, Calif.
