For the first quarter, Henry Schein dental sales reached $1.3 billion, a 4.1 percent increase from the same period of 2015.

3M had sales hitting $7.4 billion during the first quarter of 2016 and had earnings per share of $2.05.

Patterson Companies' shares decreased 2.56 percent in short interest. In May, the company's short interest was 5.65 million shares, according to Franklin Independent.

Aspen Dental opened a practice in Hot Spring, Ark. Brittany M. Halliburton, DDS, will lead the practice, according to The Sentinel-Record.

During the last trading session, DENTSPLY shares reached $61.75, up 2.08 percent, according to News Oracle.

UBS reiterated its "buy" rating on Danaher shares and increased their price target to $108, according to StreetInsider.com.
