Henry Schein entered into an agreement with Dental Cremer to acquire a majority ownership interest in the company.

2. Dental Cremer serves nearly 60,000 dental practitioners across Brazil.
3. The company's 2015 sales reached $70 million.
4. Henry Schein projects the transaction to be neutral to its 2016 earnings per share, and to add to its 2017 earnings per share by $0.01 to $0.02.
