The Rochester (Minn.) Salvation Army's Good Samaritan Dental Clinic is partaking in the 14th annual "Give Kids A Smile" event, according to PostBullentin.com.
Here are five facts:
1. The Minnesota Dental Association is sponsoring the event.
2. Patients must make an appointment, which lasts approximately two hours.
3. Volunteers will see patients at the Rochester Community and Technical College Dental Hygiene School.
4. The program gives free dental services to all children ages five to 17.
5. Dental volunteers will educate children on basic oral hygiene and will provide X-rays, cleanings, exams, fluoride treatments and sealants.
