Here are six key notes on dental companies from the last week.

Last week, The Global Award for the World's Best Healthcare & Wellness Advertising announced the 2015 award winners. Aspen Dental won a Global Award for its "Taste of the Future" marketing campaign with auto racing driver Danica Patrick. Aspen Dental launched the campaign to raise awareness about the possible long-term consequences of delaying dental care.

Aspen Dental volunteers traveled to Honduras over Thanksgiving to provide care to those in need. The team administered care to more than 500 Hondurans from Nov. 21 to Nov. 28. Aspen Dental partnered with New Hampshire-based Honduras Hope on the mission trip.

Morningstar analysts granted 3M an "AA-" credit rating, indicating the stock is a very-low default risk. Analysts also gave the company a three-star rating, according to Dakota Financial News.

On Dec. 9, Henry Schein Chief Technology Officer James A. Harding sold nearly 8,000 shares in a transaction valued at nearly $1.25 million, according to Insider Trading Report.

Last week, Danaher shares traded at $93.02 per share, down 1.63 percent. The shares had $69.66 million in upticks but lost $47.12 million in downticks, according to Money Flow Index.

Heartland Dental reached its 700th supported office. Heartland Dental currently supports more than 1,000 dentists and more than 7,000 team members nationwide in 31 states, according to DrBicuspid.com.
