On Dec. 10, Aspen Dental is opening a practice in Temple, Texas. Harsh Patel, DDS, will lead the clinic.
3M returned $2.2 billion to shareholders in the third quarter of 2015 through dividends and gross share repurchases.
Patterson Companies declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share. The dividend is set to be payable on Jan. 22, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Jan. 8, 2016.
Danaher named its new diversified industrial growth company as Fortive. Danaher planned to launch the company as part of the split following the Pall merger deal. Danaher planned to acquire Pall for nearly $13.8 billion during the second quarter of 2015. Following the completion of the merger, Danaher planned to split itself into two independent, publicly traded companies. The new diversified company is slated to be listed in the New York Stock Exchange, according to Zacks.
In the last 20 days, Biolase shares fell 8.6 percent and dropped nearly 9.6 percent in the past five trading sessions, according to Financial Magazin.
