Paducah-based West Kentucky Community and Technical College dental students promoted oral health in October.
Here are three quick facts:
1. Twelve dental assisting/dental hygiene students participated in Dental Hygiene Recognition Month.
2. Students set up a booth in the campus' Allied Health Building.
3. To promote oral hygiene, students focused on "Doing the Daily 4" — brushing twice a day, flossing daily, rinsing with antimicrobial rinse and chewing sugar-free gum.
