The American College of Prosthodontists will award Dennis Tarnow, DDS, the Distinguished Lecturer Award. Dr. Tarnow will receive the award during the 45th annual session of the ACP held in Orlando, Fla., from Oct 21 to Oct. 24.
Poonam Jain, DDS, professor at the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine and director of community dentistry, and other dentists will treat 300 children at SIU's Give Kids a Smile Day. The event will take place on Mon., Oct. 12, according to The Telegraph.
