The California Dental Association Foundation will host a CDA Cares free dental clinic from Oct. 2 to Oct. 3 at the Fresno Convention Center, according to The Fresno Bee.
Here are four things to know:
1. The CDA hopes to provide care to 2,000 residents during the two-day clinic.
2. Medical professionals will provide services including extractions, fillings, cleanings, some partials to replace front teeth, limited root canals and dentures.
3. The clinic will also provide oral health education and help finding a source for future dental care.
4. The CDA is seeking volunteers to help those residents who do not speak English.
