Gagan Sandhu, DDS, of California Shine Dental in San Jose, uses implants made from titanium posts that fuse to the patient's jawbone, and can provide the implants to patients in a 60 minute visit.
"The great thing about dental implants is that you cannot even tell the difference between the implants and your natural teeth," Dr. Sandhu said. "With our dental implants, patients find that they can eat the food they've been missing out on for years."
Dr. Sandhu graduated in periodontics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University in India in 2002, and received his certification in dental implants the same year. Dr. Sandhu trained with the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco and The Duggan Institute of Dentistry. Dr. Sandhu earned his California Dental License and his Invisalign certification in 2007. He also holds a certification in dental implant surgery.
