Hackensack, N.J.-based Max Surgical Specialty Management has appointed two new leaders to its clinical advisory board.
The management services organization added Margo Freedberg, DMD, as medical director and Sung Hee Cho, DDS, MD, as chief medical officer.
Dr. Freedberg has practiced as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for more than 25 years. She is board certified and is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She is also on staff at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, N.J. In her new role, Dr. Freedberg will develop and oversee the organization’s clinical goals and surgical programs.
Dr. Cho previously served as the company’s medical director and is a co-founding partner of MSSM. He is currently on staff at Hackensack University Medical Center. Dr. Cho will mentor new associates in his new role at MSSM, according to a March 12 news release.
Max Surgical Specialty Management supports surgeons in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont and Connecticut.
