Mr. Zelen has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, recently serving as chief customer officer at UserTesting, a software research and insights company, according to a July 30 news release.
In addition, the company named Molly Gapp as vice president of professional services. Ms. Gapp is a former software executive at WorkForce Software, a software management company.
Planet DDS serves more than 13,000 practices in the U.S., the release said.
