1. The American Dental Association promoted Michelle Kruse to the role of associate vice president of governance.
2. Wellesley, Mass.-based benefits provider Sun Life U.S. selected David Healy to serve as president of the dental business.
3. Chicago-based The Aspen Group named Lauren Svoboda vice president of learning optimization.
4. Sohail Malad joined St. Louis-based Oral Surgery Partners as its new CEO Aug. 12.
5. Dentsply Sirona Executive Vice President and CFO Glenn Coleman will step down from his role Nov. 7 after nearly two years with the company.
6. Hackensack, N.J.-based Max Surgical Specialty Management hired Brian Lawson to be its senior vice president of business development.
7. Alpharetta, Ga.-based Oak Dental Partners appointed Chris Zacharewicz as president.
