Murfreesboro, Tenn.-based United Dental Corp. appointed Allan Weinstein to its board of directors.
Mr. Weinstein is the co-founder and managing partner of Gainline Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm based in Stamford, Conn., according to a July 1 news release.
In addition, Mr. Weinstein has served as managing director of Lincolnshire Management, where he was responsible for investments in a range of sectors including business services, specialty manufacturing, financial technology, transportation, logistics and reverse logistics, direct marketing and consumer products.
The appointment is effective July 1.
United Dental Corp. partners with dentists that produce $2 million to $5 million per year in collections from a single practice location, the release said.
