1. Roseville, Minn.-based Park Dental Partners promoted Brian Zard as the company's first vice president of operations.
2. Miami-based Guardian Dentistry Partners appointed Dr. Tarek Aly as COO.
3. Dental supply company Envista appointed Paul Keel CEO, effective May 1.
