Mr. Weber has more than a decade of experience leading talent acquisition teams, according to an Oct. 2 news release. He most recently served as director of talent acquisition at U.S. Anesthesia Partners, which has 700 inpatient and outpatient offices nationwide.
Sonrava Health oversees several brands, including Western Dental, Western Dental Kids, Brident Dental & Orthodontics, Brident Dental Kids, LooksBrite Eye Centers, EyeMax Vision Plan, MIB Insurance Plans, Vital Smiles, MID-Atlantic Dental Partners, DentalWorks and Perfect Teeth.
The organization has grown to support nearly 600 practices in 21 states since its launch last year.
