Dr. Parikh joined the DSO in February 2022, following previous leadership roles as head of dentistry for Walmart and past president of Chicago-based DSO Great Lakes Dental Partners.
Dr. Parikh submitted his resignation letter Feb. 6, according to an email shared with Becker’s.
