A new Aspen Dental practice location received approval from the Lapeer (Mich.) Planning Commission, according to an April 12 report from The County Press.
The practice will be 3,500 square feet. The site previously had a small law office building which was demolished.
The developer will need to go before the City’s Zoning Board of Appeals for additional approvals.
The builder hopes to begin construction by July, the report said.
