A property with an Aspen Dental practice location in North Conway, N.H., has been sold for $3.8 million, according to a report from New England Real Estate Journal.
The Aspen Dental practice has nine years remaining on its lease.
The two-tenant, 6,197-square-foot plaza also includes a Chipotle location.
Chicago-based Aspen Dental supports more than 1,100 locations across the country.
