The three-year program was launched in 2021 to help associate doctors learn soft and advanced skills in preparation for ownership. Ten out of the 15 graduating participants are now transitioning into doctor ownership roles, according to a Jan. 21 news release.
The next class of associate doctors will be welcomed this year.
