Dallas-based MB2 Dental added 108 practices to its network in 2024, surpassing 750 total practices, according to a Jan.15 news release from the company.

1. MB2 Dental expanded into Iowa, Massachusetts, South Carolina, Vermont and West Virginia, bringing its footprint to 44 states.
2. The DPO completed 4 million patient visits in 2024.
3. In February, the company received $2.3 billion in unitranche debt financing.
4. In November, MB2 earned a $525 million investment, marking the company's third recapitalization event in seven years.
5. The company launched MB2U, a program that trains associate dentists to transition into practice owners.
6. MB2 Dental has more than 11,000 team members, including more than 1,700 dentists.
7. The DPO expanded its headquarters with a 16,000-square-foot building, and plans to add a third building in early 2025.
8. The MB2 Family Foundation provided $15,000 in scholarships and more than $230,000 in grants.
9. During its annual mission trip, the company provided care to more than 350 patients.
