A retail strip center in Waldorf, Md., that includes an Aspen Dental location was sold for $6.3 million, according to a Jan. 13 report from rebusinessonline.com.
The Shoppes at Waldorf Park also includes a Starbucks Coffee, Crumbl Cookies and Jersey Mike's Subs.
The 8,484-square-foot property was purchased by a Maryland-based buyer.
