New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 recently acquired the office of Joseph Pantaleo, DDS, in Smithtown, N.Y.
Dr. Pantaleo's office provides a comprehensive suite of dental services, including general and pediatric dentistry, TMJ treatments and cosmetic procedures. The practice also has an in-house lab to quickly create items such as dentures and crowns.
"Dental365 is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Joseph B. Pantaleo, DDS of Smithtown, NY, a highly regarded cosmetic and family dental practice," the DSO said in a Dec. 2 news release. "This strategic partnership reflects the shared commitment of both organizations to providing patient-centered care with the highest standards of excellence."
Dental365 currently has more than 70 offices in New York. It also supports offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.
