Dallas-based DECA Dental Group is the official dentist partner of the NHL's Dallas Stars, according to an Oct. 2 news release from the team.
Here are five things to know about the partnership:
1. The multiyear partnership is an exclusive agreement between the DSO and hockey team.
2. Through the partnership, Ideal Dental, a brand of DECA, will work with Vic's Kid's Club, the team's program dedicated to connecting children in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with the team.
3. Ideal Dental has served the Dallas area since 2008. The practice will aim to promote the importance of oral health and the impact it has on overall health.
4. The flagship dental brand provides preventive and restorative care, cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics across its network of more than 150 locations.
5. DECA supports nearly 200 affiliated practices across nine states.
