San Francisco-based Cliff Ridge Specialty Partners has acquired two practices in New York.
The two acquisitions include Schwartz Orthodontics and Star Smiles, both in Long Island, N.Y. Scott Schwartz, DDS, of Schwartz Orthodontics, is also joining the DSO's management team as a founding orthodontist.
The deals represent the DSO's entry into New York and the Tri-State area, according to a Sept. 12 news release. The DSO said it plans to continue expanding in these markets through partnerships with orthodontists and pediatric dentists.
Cliff Ridge Specialty Partners launched in 2023 and made its first acquisition in May of this year.
