Here are seven DSOs that have recently expanded their networks in the Midwest:
1. Toms River, N.J.-based ProSmile expanded its network into the Midwest after acquiring Destiny Dental. Destiny Dental has offices in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.
2. Nashville, Tenn.-based Southern Orthodontics Partners affiliated with Tindall Orthodontics in Manhattan, Kan.
3. Chicago-based Bright Direction Dental added Garfield Dental Group in Traverse City, Mich.
4. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental added Albertville (Neb.) Family Dental.
5. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners added Chagrin Family Dental Care in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and Elements Dental in Johnstown, Ohio.
6. Cincinnati-based Cordental Group acquired The Healthy Smile Center in Ashtabula, Ohio.
7. Jonesboro, Ark.-based GPS Dental added its first New Jersey office.
