A shopping center in Kernersville, N.C., that includes an Aspen Dental practice was sold for $26 million, according to a Sept. 9 report by Connect CRE.
The 74,558-square-foot center also has tenants including Lowes Food, Jersey Mike's Subs and Pet Supermarket.
Deep River Partners purchased the center, which was developed by Barclay Group in 2017.
Aspen Dental supports more than 1,100 practice locations across the U.S.
