New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 acquired Florham Park (N.J.) Dental Excellence.
The practice includes Vineet Sohoni, DDS, Adrienne Amirata, DMD, and Paul Banks, DDS. Services provided include cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, preventive dentistry and TMJ therapy.
The DSO announced the acquisition in an Aug. 26 news release.
Dental365 supports more than 130 practices across New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
