Florida and New Jersey were some of the most active states for DSOs and dental groups in July, with both states seeing three additions each.
Here are the additions, affiliations and acquisitions made by DSOs in the two states in July, as reported by Becker's.
Florida
- Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental added Vanderbilt Estates Dental in Naples, Fla.
- Heartland Dental also partnered with Ultimate Dental Studio in Port Orange, Fla.
- Dallas-based Beacon Oral Specialists added Vero Beach (Fla.) Surgical Arts to its network.
New Jersey
- New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 acquired The Art of Dentistry and Spa in Somerset, N.J.
- Dental365 acquired four practices in one day, including two New Jersey locations.
- Jonesboro, Ark.-based GPS Dental added its first New Jersey office.
