Richmond Hill, Ga.-based SGA Dental Partners received a new $350 million credit facility.
With the additional funding, SGA Dental Partners plans to accelerate the growth and expansion of its network and add new technology, according to a July 30 news release.
The DSO supports more than 125 general and specialty dental practices throughout the Southeast U.S.
SGA Dental Partners is a portfolio company of Thurston Group, a Chicago-based private equity firm that supports other dental companies, including Smile Doctors, U.S. Endodontics Partners and U.S. Oral Surgery Management.
Overland Advantage, Man Varagon and Jefferies served as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners on the transaction, the release said.
