Gen4 Dental Partners (Tempe, Ariz.): Gen4 Dental Partners supports more than 100 dental practices. It is a portfolio company of Thurston Group, a private equity firm specializing in healthcare investments.
GPS Dental (Jonesboro, Ark.): GPS Dental, which supports 90 practices across 24 states, is partnered with Main Post Partners.
Heartland Dental (Effingham, Ill.): Heartland Dental, the country's largest DSO with more than 1,700 practices, is part of global investment firm KKR's portfolio.
Innovate 32 (Nashville, Tenn.): Innovate 32, a newly launched DSO, is backed by Shore Capital Partners.
MB2 Dental (Dallas): MB2 Dental, one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., is backed by Charlesbank Capital Partners, which invested in the company in 2021 to take a controlling interest.
Oral Surgery Partners (St. Louis): Oral Surgery Partners is backed by Sheridan Capital Partners.
Specialized Dental Partners (Irving, Texas): Specialized Dental Partners, which supports more than 200 practices, is part of Quad-C's portfolio.
The Smilist (Great Neck, N.Y.): The Smilist supports nearly 100 total practices across six states. The DSO is a portfolio company of Zenyth Partners.
