A two-tenant strip center which includes an Aspen Dental practice location, was sold for $7.5 million.
The 7,388-square-foot center, located in Flemington, N.J., also houses a CityMD Urgent Care location, according to a June 26 news release.
The buyer of the property was a local private investor, and the seller was Paramount Realty.
Aspen Dental is one of largest DSOs in the U.S., supporting more than 1,100 total practices.
