Here are 13 DSOs and dental groups that have added practices in new states that Becker's has reported on so far in 2024:
1. Sacramento, Calif.-based Straine Dental Management added its first practices in Maine, Arkansas and Florida.
2. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental is planning to open its first four practices in Tennessee.
3. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental expanded its network into Utah, its 39th state.
4. Jonesboro, Ark.-based GPS Dental added its first practice in New Mexico.
5. Dallas-based MB2 Dental entered Vermont and West Virginia, bringing its network to 41 total states.
6. Denver-based Espire Dental made its first acquisition in Texas.
7. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management added its first partner practice in Maryland.
8. Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group expanded into Tennessee with the addition of a four-office practice.
9. Miami-based United Dental Corporation marked its entry into Tennessee with the addition of a practice in Nashville.
10. Salt Lake City-based SPP Dental Partners added its first practices in Idaho and Nevada.
11. Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance added its first practice in New Hampshire, marking the 24th state in which the company supports locations.
12. Hackensack, N.J.-based Max Surgical Specialty Management expanded into New York and Vermont.
13. Charlotte, N.C.-based Flagship Specialty Partners added Virginia Oral & Facial Surgery to its network, its first partner practice in the state.
