Heartland Dental (Effingham, Ill.)
1. Heartland Dental expanded its network into Utah, its 39th state.

The Aspen Group (Chicago)
1. ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, a brand of The Aspen Group, opened its 101st center in Chadds Ford, Pa.
2. ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers also appointed Jerry Asamoah as its COO.
PDS Health (Henderson, Nev.)
1. Irvine, Calif.-based Pacific Dental Services announced its transformation into PDS Health.
MB2 Dental (Dallas)
1. MB2 Dental added practices in California, Arizona and Minnesota.
2. MB2 Dental partnered with a dental practice in Castle Pines, Colo.
3. MB2 Dental expanded its network by partnering with eight dentists across four practices in Oregon, New Jersey, Idaho and North Carolina.
Affordable Care (Morrisville, N.C.)
1. Affordable Dentures & Implants, a brand of Affordable Care, opened a practice location in Cedar Park, Texas.
2. Affordable Dentures & Implants opened two offices in Pennsylvania in one week.
