Twenty-four dental companies were recently included in the 2023 Inc. 5000 list based on their revenue growth percentages from 2019 to 2022.
The dental companies on the list include DSOs, staffing companies, financial services companies and other practices.
To qualify for the rankings, companies must have been founded and been generating revenue by Dec. 31, 2019. Read more on the methodology here.
Here are the top five DSOs from the list and where they stand in 2024:
Specialty1 Partners (Houston)
Specialty1 Partners is the parent company of Endo1 Partners, OS1 Partners and Perio1 Partners. The management services organization has added several practices this year and now supports more than 225 affiliated practices in 28 states.
Guardian Dentistry Partners (Miami)
Guardian Dentistry Partners saw a 1,876% increase in revenue between 2019 and 2022. The group started 2023 with 115 practices in its network and has expanded in several states this year, now reaching 11 states and Washington, D.C.
Pearl Street Dental Management (Dallas)
Pearl Street Dental Management was included on the Inc. 5000 for its second year based on its 600% revenue growth rate. The company supports practices in Texas and Oklahoma.
Operation Dental (Winter Park, Fla.)
Operation Dental saw a 333% increase in revenue between 2019 and 2022. The DSO supports more than 10 practices in Florida. It also recently opened Sand Mine Dentistry Dec. 11 in Davenport, Fla.
Premier Care Dental Management (New Hyde Park, N.Y.)
Premier Care Dental Management supports practices in seven states and has added 10 practices so far this year. The company recently launched a scholarship program to provide employees and their families funds that can be used toward tuition expenses at accredited educational programs.
